For the latest ESGC Film Club event we will be showing Apollo 13 this Saturday 13th December at the Club House. Start time for the show has brought forwards to 5.00pm due to the fact that flying finishes generally around 3.30 – 4pm at this time of year. The show runs for around 2 hours.This is the story of the near catastrophic 13th mission to the Moon which was made famous by the masterfully understated and stoical phrase, “Houston, we have a problem.” It features excellent performances from amongst others, Tom Hanks and Kevin Bacon.
We suggest that those attending make a donation towards Essex and Herts Air Ambulance.
