Celebrate Summer Solstice Dawn To Dusk
Flying for 18 hours on the Longest Day Saturday June 21st 2014.
First Launch available from 04:07 and Last Launch available until 21:50.
Launches are only £1.00 and flying time in club gliders is FREE for launches before 09:00 and after 19:00! (Offer available to full club flying members only).
Last year we had a very successful day, and this year the solstice is on a Saturday, which hopefully means even more people will show up to take advantage of this ridiculously generous offer. Volunteers are required (before and after normal flying times) to drive the winch and cable retrieve vehicle, instruct and/or supervise, make breakfasts and barbecues, and generally help out as usual.
